Refund policy

Returns
We have a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and with tags attached. 

To start a return, you can contact us at strongmamaapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
